How can I request a gift receipt with no prices?
Although we do not issue gift receipts, we can confirm that no pricing information is included in our orders.
The order summary will be sent to you by e-mail and will remain available in the "My orders" section if you have an account on the Diptyque website.
For exchanges, the gift receiver will only be asked to provide the order number as proof of purchase. Read more on our online return policy here.
