Online Return Policy

Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. We welcome you to initiate a return by selecting the button below. If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care before proceeding with your return.


For Canadian orders, please reach out directly to Customer Care to request a prepaid shipping label. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable. 


The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt. Please note, due to the high volume of orders, during the holiday period returns may take slightly longer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. If interested in proceeding with an exchange, please contact Customer Care with your order number/receipt and the reason for exchange. Please confirm if the item has been opened for the health and safety of our teams.

Retail Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange only. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt. Diptyque reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
