Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. We welcome you to initiate a return by selecting the "Initiate Online Return" button below.
If you notice that one of your products is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service with photos and a description of the issue before proceeding with your return.
For Canadian orders, please reach out directly to Customer Service to request a prepaid shipping label. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable.
The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Exchange Policy
Unopened and unused merchandise ordered on diptyqueparis.com is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal value, as we are unable to issue refunds for any remaining balance or charge the difference for higher-priced items.
To initiate an exchange, please contact Customer Care to request a prepaid return label and further instructions.
Please note that items purchased in our boutiques can only be exchanged in-store. However, you may visit a boutique to exchange an item originally purchased online. You may use our store locator to find your closest store.
How can I request a return label for a Canadian order?

Retail Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange only. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
Please note, refunds must be returned to the original form of tender. Diptyque does not offer store credit or gift cards at this time.
Diptyque reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
Can I return an online order at a Diptyque store?
You may visit any Diptyque boutique for assistance in initiating your online return. Simply provide your order number and an associate will assist with your return shipment.
Please note, the boutique will collect your return and ship it back to our warehouse where your refund will be processed. No refunds are issued in-store.
The processing time for your refund is estimated to be 14 business days from the date of receipt.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed, and the funds should then reflect in your account in 3 - 5 business days depending on who you bank with.

Can I return an item purchased at a department store?
Our authorized retailers, such as Nordstrom, Saks, and Bloomingdale's, operate independently and as such we don’t have access to their transaction details.
For any returns or exchanges, whether it's due to a change of mind or a product issue, we kindly recommend contacting the retailer where you made your purchase for further assistance.
