I did not receive the gift packaging I selected. What can I do?

Our system is unable to ship gift boxes separately at this time. However, if you didn’t receive a gift box, we would be happy to coordinate a visit to one of our store locations to provide gift wrapping for you. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
