I did not receive the gift packaging I selected. What can I do?
We truly appreciate you choosing Diptyque for your gifting needs, and we understand how disappointing this must be. This may have been a result of not entering the gift message required for the gift packaging or an error made by our warehouse, which we apologize for.
Our system is unable to ship gift boxes separately at this time. However, if you didn’t receive a gift box, we would be happy to coordinate a visit to one of our store locations to provide gift wrapping for you. Please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance, and we’ll be glad to help.
