How can I locate my UPS tracking number?
When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information to the address entered at the time of the order. If you do not receive this, please contact Customer Care.
How do I reserve an item online for in-store pick up?
Diptyque offers the option to reserve items in store, if available. For this, head to the page of your desired item. Once you have landed on this page, our reserve in store option will appear right below "add to cart". Once you have selected your desired quantity for reservation, click next and the boutiques with this item available will appear. Simply fill out your contact details, and your item will be placed on hold at the boutique for 24hrs.
Please note the full payment for the order will have to be made in-store at the time of pickup.
Is same-day delivery available?
Diptyque is now offering Same Day Delivery in select cities. Order before 5pm and receive your Diptyque treasures same day. Available at checkout for the following cities: New York, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Palo Alto, Brooklyn, Pacific Palisades, Houston, Bal Harbour, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Las Vegas, Santa Clara, Larkspur.
If you would like to modify or cancel your Same Day order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 30 minutes of purchasing. After that, your order will begin processing, and can no longer be changed.
Does Diptyque ship to Canada?
We do offer shipping to Canada. For this, simply select "Canada" as the country when entering your shipping/billing addresses on our US Site. Please note, shipping and custom fees are added during checkout for Canada orders.
How long is delivery time?
Delivery time with Ground Shipping takes 3-7 business days within the US, however we also offer Overnight and 3-Day services. The estimated delivery date for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Can I select the date/time for delivery?
Delivery dates and times are not able to be specified at this time. A delivery window will be set by UPS once the package ships and can be found using the tracker.
