How do I reserve an item online for in-store pick up?

Diptyque offers the option to reserve items to pick up in store. To use this feature, simply visit the product page of your desired item where you will see a "Reserve in Store" button. Select the quantity you'd like to reserve and click "Next" to see a list of boutiques where the item is available.

After choosing your preferred location and entering your contact details, you can expect a confirmation email from the boutique. Please wait until you receive this confirmation to pick up your item, which will be placed on hold for 24 hours.

If you change your mind, simply cancel your reservation via the email you will receive.
