Why was my order cancelled/payment refused?

All orders placed on diptyqueparis.com are subject to security checks. If we are unable to verify the payment details provided, the order will be cancelled. Please ensure that your billing details match exactly what is on file with your financial institution. We recommend contacting your card issuer to ensure that the billing details they have on file are correct.

Please note we are unable to reactivate orders once they have been cancelled.

If your order was unsuccessful, any pending payments will be reversed in  5-7 business days, depending on who you bank with.
