How long is delivery time? – Diptyque FAQ’s

UPS Ground deliveries take 5 - 7 business days. We ask that you allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your package is dispatched.

This processing time is included in the overall delivery estimate and will not affect your expected delivery window.

Expedited options include UPS 3-day Select and UPS Next Day Air. Allow 1 day for processing.

For the most up-to-date delivery information, track your shipment with the number in your shipping confirmation. If you have a Diptyque account, you can find your tracking details in the "My Orders" section.

Canada

Shipping to Canada take 5 - 10 business days. For tracking details, contact Customer Service.
