How can I make changes to my order/amend shipping address?

We understand that plans change. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, most orders are sent to our fulfillment center within minutes of being placed. Although we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to the shipping address on your order after it has been placed, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Exceptions:

• For Canada deliveries, we cannot make any changes to the address once the order has been handed over to the courier.
• Due to differences in sales tax, we are unable to redirect packages to a different state than the one originally listed on the order.

Change of contents

The contents of your order cannot be changed once the order has been submitted at checkout.
